So what you got to say...

So i get a phone call from a friend and we went thro the normal greeting process: Hi!, Hello, Hey, How you doing?, You still alive?, etc... At that point, who duty is it to take charge of the conversation and direct the topic of discussion and keep the flow the communication to continue? I got my theory, but I'm curious to know where you stand...

On that note, If there is an event going on at someone place( don't got to be a big event, could be between friends), yours or someone else place, who's job is it to entertain the visitors/or company? Does it matter if you choose to invite your to someone else place or invite people over to your residents?
